چکیده
Although, synthetic dyes have toxic effects on to environment, are very important for coloration of large number materials and lead increasing concerns about color removal worldwide. Immobilization microorganisms is one the promising techniques biological treatment wastewater with many advantages industrial usage. This study aimed determine efficiency immobilized four different Bacillus species (B. cereus, B. megaterium, subtilis thuringiensis) decolorization (maxilon red, methyl red doracryl blue) at Na-alginate concentrations. megaterium thuringiensis were most effective decolorized maxilon 92.63% 90.74%, respectively, concentration 2.5%. was strain in blue 75.91% value beads 10% concentration. 64.99% prepared Among species, experiments all three dyes. Results this could be used as a reference development technique textile wastewater.

Decolorization of industrial synthetic dyes using engineered Pseudomonas putida cells with surface-immobilized bacterial laccase
BACKGROUND Microbial laccases are highly useful in textile effluent dye biodegradation. However, the bioavailability of cellularly expressed or purified laccases in continuous operations is usually limited by mass transfer impediment or enzyme regeneration difficulty. Therefore, this study develops a regenerable bacterial surface-displaying system for industrial synthetic dye decolorization, an...

متن کاملRecent Advances in Heterogeneous Photocatalytic Decolorization of Synthetic Dyes
During the process and operation of the dyes, the wastes produced were commonly found to contain organic and inorganic impurities leading to risks in the ecosystem and biodiversity with the resultant impact on the environment. Improper effluent disposal in aqueous ecosystems leads to reduction of sunlight penetration which in turn diminishes photosynthetic activity, resulting in acute toxic eff...

BACKGROUND Decolorization of hazardous synthetic dyes using laccases in both free and immobilized form has gained attention during the last decades. The present study was designed to prepare immobilized laccase (purified from Paraconiothyrium variabile) on porous silica beads followed by evaluation of both free and immobilized laccases for decolorization of two synthetic dyes of Acid Blue 25 an...
